Monmouth Medical Center Foundation was saddened by the passing of longtime benefactor and friend Mrs. Elizabeth R. Benjamin, who died July 5, 2001 at the age of 101 in her Elberon home. Mrs. Benjamin was an ardent supporter of Our House, an adult day care center as well as other geriatric health programs. In recent years, she had made contributions in support of The Palliative Care Program which provides training for health care professionals in caring for terminally ill patients. Mrs. Benjamin had also generously provided for Monmouth Medical Center in her estate plans and was a member of the Cranmer Heritage Society. We will greatly miss our special friend whose generosity will have long-term impact on our quality of patient care.
For more information on planned gifts please go to The Cranmer Heritage Society page.
